The Twenty minute session: Just twenty minutes of energy work is enough to lower blood pressure, strengthen your immune system and restore a sense of well-being. Effective pain relief can also be experienced in a short session. This is ideal for those who are feeling low energy or experiencing the regular stressors of life. The Forty minute session: A forty-minute session begins with a guided meditation to deeply relax you. Restorative and deep work is done to clear blocks and balance the auric field through the energy treatment. As a result, many people find immediate beneficial results including renewed energy, new clarity, positive outlook, reduction of pain and a feeling of tranquility. The session also includes an angelic blessing and attunement, which further works to restore and strengthen you in body, mind and spirit!
